GoFlexiWeb – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to GoFlexiWeb (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website design, subscription, hosting, and maintenance services. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
GoFlexiWeb provides:
- Website design and build services (one-off builds and subscriptions)
- Website hosting and SSL
- Security updates and minor content edits
- Optional ongoing care plans after the initial term
Services are provided based on the package selected at the time of purchase.
3. Packages & Scope
Each package includes a defined number of pages, revisions, and services as outlined on our website.
- Launch: 5 pages
- Growth: 10 pages
- Pro+: 10 pages with enhanced support
Any requests outside the agreed scope (additional pages, new functionality, redesigns, or advanced features) will be quoted separately.
4. Onboarding & Project Start
Once payment is received, clients must complete our onboarding form.
Work begins only after onboarding is submitted in full.
Failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals may pause timelines. GoFlexiWeb is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.
5. Build Timeline
Standard website build time is approximately 14 days from onboarding submission.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary depending on responsiveness, scope, or revision requests.
6. Revisions & Changes
- Packages include 2 revisions (Pro+ includes 3 revisions)
- Revisions cover reasonable layout and content adjustments
Revisions do not include:
- Full redesigns
- New pages
- Structural changes
- Feature additions
Requests beyond included revisions may be quoted separately.
7. Hosting & Maintenance
All packages include 12 months of hosting from the website launch date.
After 12 months, clients may choose:
- Hosting only
- Website Care Plan (hosting, security updates, minor edits, support)
If no plan is selected, hosting may be suspended and the website taken offline.
8. Subscriptions
Subscription packages are billed monthly in advance.
- No upfront build fee
- Hosting, security, and minor edits included
- You may cancel at any time with notice
Upon cancellation:
- The website will be taken offline
- Hosting and maintenance will cease
- Files may be deleted after 30 days
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
9. One-Off Builds
One-off build fees are payable upfront.
- Hosting included for 12 months
- Ownership transfers after full payment
- Ongoing hosting or maintenance after 12 months is optional and billed separately
No refunds are available once work has begun.
10. Domains
Clients are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and maintaining their domain name.
GoFlexiWeb may assist with domain connection if requested but is not responsible for:
- Domain expiry
- Registrar issues
- DNS misconfiguration caused by third parties
11. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of all content they provide
- GoFlexiWeb retains ownership of design files until full payment is received
- Ownership transfers only after all outstanding balances are paid
GoFlexiWeb may showcase completed websites in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
12. Payments & Billing
- Payments are processed monthly or upfront depending on the package
- Failed or missed payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
13. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful content
- Ensure you own or have rights to all materials supplied
- Maintain the security of login credentials
- Use the website in compliance with all applicable laws
14. Limitation of Liability
GoFlexiWeb is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Third-party service failures
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding any claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GoFlexiWeb harmless against claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Client-provided content
- Legal violations
- Misuse of services
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including technical outages, natural disasters, or third-party service interruptions.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
